What are the courses available in englsih speaking and personality development. I am working in HR dept.

Now i am working in HR department and i am doing salary calculation and related work. i want to change my job and want to develop my personality, English speaking also. please advice me what will i do for better job. i am staying in near thane.

Please mention your Educational qualification, Age & Experience. Also mention if you can understand the English spoken by others. From the above lines I do guess that you can understand when others speak English. If I am right in my guess, please practise reading loudly and you will be able to speak
