Sir/Madam I am persuing M.Tech (final yr) Comp Sc. from a recognized univ i Delhi.I am bachelors in the same.I want to persue Phd right after my Mtech i.e next yr.I have gone through lot of good colleges in U.K and Canada and zeroed down on roughly 10 of them.But i am not sure how to start applying

Hi Upasna, You need to have a research proposal of about 1500 - 2000 words before you begin to apply. then you must contact the relevant department and send them your research proposal. If they like your proposal they will ask you to send your documents after which you will get the offer letter. and
