Yes it recognized... no issues in this ... but its also true that for freshers from open universities like IGNOU, having very low consideration ... but if you are experienced person ... then no issue at all ... it will be considered as a you are a Post grad person with exp... best luck

MCA from IGNOU is very much recognized. No dought about that. Only recognition is not the case MCA requires practical exposure as well.
