Hi, yes present UK government has already proposed not to offer Tier 1 PSW work visa for Bachelor and Master degree non EU students in consultation papers published recently. Presenting upto January 2011 consultation will be going on and than UK Govenment will take final decision to make it rule alo

RECENTLY, I HEARD THAT UK TIER-1( PSW) VISA CATEGORY WILL BE DELETE FROM THE LIST BY UK GOVERNMENT. IS IT TRUE OR FALSE ? PLEASE REPLY, BECAUSE i HAVE ALREADY APPLIED FOR VISA.

Hi Salil,
As such there is no information available however The UK Border Agency plans to review Tier 1 (Post-Study Work) later in 2010. But as nothing is specified so kindly don't believe in such rumours unless its confirm by some official agencies.
