Hi Nancy,
You simply need a graduate level degree along with good IELTS or GMAT(if applicable) nothing extra you need to do. However if you are pursuing BBA then that would be really helpful in MBA then later on while doing MBA you can choose the specialization.

During MBA you have no need to do any other course as it already cosists a lot of work and pressure in it.
Knowledge is a lifetime process so you can update it acoording to your workstyle after MBA.
If you want to do anything else then as mr Khushwant said you can learn any foreign langu

You can learn any Foreign Language such as Spanish, German, French along with your MBA.
This will give you a Competitive advantage over others.
