Would a CCNA qualification add value to an Electronics and Communication graduate working with a telecom company

I have done engineering in Electronics & Communication. Recently joined a Telecom vendor company, working on 3G project for Reliance & TATA, as quality engineer. Should I do some additional course such as CCNA or other, in between my job to enhance my skills or its better to focus on my current job.
