Which program will add value to BA with experience in general administration
i completed BA and have a experience in general admin.... i would like to know wat course can i select according to my graduate and experience.....

if u feel you have the aptitude for admin u should go in for a course in HRD. A masters degree would be better however a PGD from an institute of repute will also suffice to get ur foot holds in to the industry.

Upma 521 If you would have mentioned your subjects that you offered at graduation level then I would have given you more specific suggestion, you have not even mentioned field of your experience in general administration. The best option for you is do MBA in HR.
