Which program will add value to a M.com who has worked with Citibank for seven years and has taken a break

I have done my M.com and was working with Citibank - customer service for last 7 years. My recent profile at Citibank was of a Process trainer. Now have taken a break. Please suggest some further education to get good jobs in banking sector .

hi smita, u have done Mcom, but these days it is not considered as a professional degree, it is better u opt for some professionlal course like MBA, or SAP. It will helpu in your banking career
