hi,am an E.C.E graduate ,looking for a job in networking ,now am doing ccna ,and i am in great confusion that whether i have to go for a job or to continue with ccnp..... as i am not having experience what i have to do now give me a right answer plz

IF u have done CCNA then you have a certificate,on basis of which you can post your resume on any site like Timesjobs.com etc....if u want to grab some more detailed knowledge about networking you should first do CSSA then CSSP...which can give u in depth knowledge abt networking...but my preference

Look out for a job after CCNA. After some experience do other courses, Some candidates do too many courses / degrees but don't develop job experience. Later they find it difficult to get into jobs since they are considered over qualified without experience.
