hi amrutha welcome to https://shiksha.com and ur asking about aeronatical engineeing k thier is no other pre qualification u just qualify the exams like EAMCET or AIEEE or IIT etc then u have got an admission in an engineering college in A.P thier is no best college for aeronatics even in universit
