I have done my MBA in HR which sap module is easy to me

HI,I want to switch my career from java development into SAP_HR ... I have personal intrest in this field...What Is the scope of HR module to get into for future.... As I want to change on functional side not on technical side...Is this good decision to change from java....to SAP-HR Best Of LucK ! I

It is not the matter of easyness......Initially try for a job on Hr background which make u aware on concepts of Hr in realtime......after two years join sap which helps u to understand in depth as u will have realtime Hr experience once u work in Hr domain. Each module in SAP has its importance....
