Is work experience required to pursue a masters degree in German Universities

Hi counsellors/critics, I have completed my Bachelors recently and have no work experience i would like to know if i could pursue masters in any of the german universities in (energy/nuclear/MS in Mech Eng). kindly suffice me with brief details as to 1. eligibility criteria? 2. whom to contact?
