Which is a better place to pursue MBA from? US or UK? What would be the cost? What about placements?

sir i want to do my mba from abroad so kindly suggest which is better uk , usa or any other and what was the cost incurred in doing mba from us or usa and what about the placement!!! and where i get the better part or full time jobs?
