Is there any University in the US which offers scholarships for the film production course

i am an engineering graduate from india.i am interested in studying film production in the US.i wanted to know if there are any tests or scholarships for me to study at a less expensive method.it would be a great help if i could know of any other methods of financing my education.thanks
