go for a subject in which you have a interest.

You can choose any of these courses as each of them have their won advantages. But, if you are 12th passed/or about to write your 12th in March, I suggest you to got for a combination of Physics, biology and chemistry ... you can go for masters in bio tech after completion of your graduation.
