How to prepare for IAS & which subjects should I coose?
hello sir/madam, i am pursuing m graduation in b.com(h) and i would like to get information about how to start for IAS exams. being a student of commerce, i would like to know which subject to choose for the respective exam..

first exam is premly exam and theer is no option for choose subject this exam is same for all candidate. two papers 200 marks each after that in main exam you have to choose two subjects after trhat interview you can choose acounts related subjects for more visit civilserviseindia.com good luck

hallo darpan, the information that you have got from Mr Rohit Kapoor is correct but you should start to make up ur mind since now and for pre exam you should choose public administration or history as your subject because these subject will help u a lot to qualify its pre exam.

eligibuility for ias is u must be a graduate.first u have to give prelims,in which there will be gs and csat,after that in mains u have to give 2 papers of general studies,2 subjects u have to choose which will have 2-2 papers.1 essay writing paper+1 english paperand a language paper.latter 2 papers
