What is the significane of MBA for me as I am working as a designer over a year after doing diploma in leather design from FDDI?

Hi Priyanka, I would say that as you are at very early stages of your career MBA would be benificial only if it is done through a decent full time University/B-School. However, if you are happy with the job you are in, don't want to leave your job & are planning to do a Correspondence or part time
