Hi Mannila. Minimum requirements to get into IIT or any of the best college for nanotechnology or aerospace you must get good marks in Maths,Physcis, Chemistry and Biology 195/200. In the same time in the common entrance exams also you must get above 90% to secure admission for the requirements for
