Sir,i finished Xth in 2002 with 80.4% and XII in 2004 with 56%. i joined Bsc physics in 2004 and i was not so good in studies due to some personal problems, so i finished the course now only, i mean nov2010 with 52%.shall i write IAS/IPS.am i eligible and worth for it. or give me some ideas sir.tnx
