How should a student go about applying for a visa which was rejected once

hi, sir my name is rehan khan and i hav applied in germany's university in jena and i got admision in it...but my visa rejected for first time and now i am thinking to apply again...will you tell me what preparations must i do and how should i talk to people in embassy ..??

hey hi! don't worry.. embassy people sometimes behave arrogantly which even has happened to me once.. keep your self calm and just answer them politely and check whether you have given all documents specified by the embassy. If you have applied for visa through an agency, confirm whether he has subm
