The notfication for UPSC exam for IAS would come around mid of Feb 2011. You must keep reading the News papers or better still get the weekly copy of Empoyment news frm Feb 2011 onwards. You need to apply till mid of march 2011. The prelims exams for IAS are most probably on 12th June 2011.
