I Am MBA Graduate With HR as specialization presently working as HR in recruitment. I am aspiring to pursue good technical skill, for HR we have two option SAP HR and Peoplesoft HR. Kindly suggest me which i have to choose or opt for.

Dear shwetha, Its better to go ahead with SAP HR. It has wide scope in industry. but do it from recognized institutes like SAP India, BPCL or Siemens.
