i'm 23 years old.i have done +2 with 82% in arts stream & have completed IELTS with 4.5 band.i want to know about How can i study in UK?

4.5 band is low score. Anyway you can look out for college in UK. You may not get very good college at this score. You can plan Arts or Management related subjects at Bachelor or DIploma level. I will advice you to improve your IELTS score which will certainly help you in getting good options.
