Hi, I am a BSC Grad in Statistics. Working in an MNC in IT(Production Support). Completed Graduation in 2009(July). Want to persue Post graduate and have to continue job at the same time.Please suggest whether I should go for an MBA or an MCA degree , or any other Degree for long term benefit.

For the present MCA would help you better. Later on you can add MBA qualification also for mastering management and leadership in the organization.
