Hi,
Some of the best universities in Canada for masters in Engineering are:
University of Toronto
McGill University
University of Western Ontario
York University
To qualify for admission in the above mentioned universities, you need to take the GRE, and IELTS as well as score atleast 75% and above

in cananda you may do MS program it is one year program and in inida it is Mtech that is 2 year program
