I have lost my marksheet of nios board in which i had appear in 2009.how can i retrieve it ?

Yes, you can. You must immediately write an application to the concerned Board with your roll number, subjects etc. and attach with it a photocopy of the stolen marksheet ( if you have that). There is some fee involved here about which the Registrar would confirm to you.
