Is it possible to do appear in CDS EXAM alongside BBA (3 years)? Will it too tough to manage time for both of them if I am enrolled in BBA?

no you can easily manage it. You have to appear for CDS for admission in Defence field at the end of your graduation. So, you can easily cover syllabus for both.
