Which of the two has more vlaue in the job market - PGDM from St. Aloysius or MBA from IGNOU through correspondence

i have done regular pgdbm from st.aloysius college mangalore. now am doing ignou correspondence mba.......... is der scope to get a good job in companies........ will my pgdbm considered valuable
