Wiil it go against a candidate if he quits his job and takes an year off to prepare for TISS entrance

Hi, I am currently working in tcs but want to do MA in hrm from TISS.But as I dont get time to study m thinkin to drop for 1 year and preparing for it.Will Tiss take it as a negative point if i drop for 1 year?

Defiinitely not, infact if you get into TISS and that too with experience of TCS it will help you better carrer prospects after your HRM.

Hi, No, Dont drop for an year its not logical and justified. Take out some time from your busy routine and prepare for the same , be more focused and you will get results.

Hi, It won't be taken as negative but it will be a risk, I would suggest take some leave's e.g LoA - Leave of Absence explore some options with which you are not required to leave your current job.
