Is it a correct decision to take up MBA finance(Corres) after 21years exp in accounts? Also i want to go for Oracle finance after MBA.

I am a B.Com having 21yr experience as an Accounts in various capacities. I want to join distance MBA(Finance).After that i will join Oracle finance.Can you please suggest me for after long gap it is my right desition or not.?
