hello Sir, I will complete my graduation in Management ie( BMS) in 2011. Further i wish to become a lecturer in any college of Commerce...... i would like to make this as my ultimate career for which i have a passion, please guide me as to how to go about it. Awaiting for your quick response.

dear yadav, for you to join as a lecturer, minimum post graduation is required. also depending on the requirement, colleges now are seeking respective industry experience. so appraoch few colleges and check their requirements in taking lecturers so that you may get an idea.
