If you are looking at making your career in HR, apart from the IIM's you should also look at Xavier's and TISS . You need to score at least 98 percentile in your CAT exam, to have a good chance, to make it , to any of the IIM's. Xavier's has got its own entrance exam called, XAT. Likewise, TISS (TAT
