Hi,I'm currently doing my masters in Mathematics from IIT Bombay.I want to pursue my Ph.D. in Mathematics or Operations Research on full scholarship in one of the best universities in USA or Europe.I know I have to take GRE/TOEFL/IELTS etc. What else do I do?How much will the applctn proc. cost me?
