Is age a decisive factor for someone seeking employment in the BPO industry
recently i went to one of the consultancy for interview for call centre job, but she refused me because i am 45 yr old.
Is age really matters to get a job.

Yes. The ages mostly matters in Call Center Jobs. they seeks for the person from age 20-35 .
