How my 5 months of work experience in HR will help me in getting to the Sr. Executive position?
Hi ! I am MBA, HR and working in HR shared services setup for the past 5months. I want to know how much this experience will help me in d growth of my career. Here I am working as a HR Data Management Analyst. Is dat enough 2take up a position of Sr.Executive, HR within 1 yr in any company?Pls help

experience in the field of hr plays very important role for future growth in my opinion 5 month experience is not very good you must carry on the job for 1/2 year!!!
