You require a degree to pursue MBA which can be done either part time or through distance education

Hi Bijay, You need to have graduate degree to do MBA. Although, your work experience will count but inspite of having 10 years of work experience you need to have a graduation degree in case you are looking for full time program then you need to have 50% and above aggregate in your graduation from

graduation is mandatory for mba, as you are having work experience, continue you job and do mba thru distance learining.

I think Graduation is neccesary before you MBA. You have cleared on Higher Secondary till now. So may be the MBA institute would ask you to do graduation first. May be BBA would be a better choice for you as of now.
