There is 3 campuses of University of petroleum and energy studies, one is in dehradun, and perhaps one is in hyderabad. and MITS Sikar is also offering M.Tech in Nuclear Energy.

MTech or MS in Petrochemical Engineering or Mechanical or Non-conventional Energy amy be options you can consider.
