Hi Arpan,
As you are interested in UPSC, the minimum requirement is graduation from a recognized university and the age eligibility lies between 21yrs-30yrs. In UPSC their are two stages that you need to clear preliminary and main exam. For your preparation I would suggest you to first join a good

start books of general study math 6-10 ncrt books, prepare you english and update your current affairs
