www.onestopias.com will be a useful site. Prepare your self for current affairs Read Newspapers and Current Affairs magazines. Coaching assistance will be available at Rau's IAS, Chanakya, Elite Academy etc.

For any UPSC exam you first need to improve your General Knowledge and your awareness about the current affairs at the national & international level.
