i wanted to be an IPS .its my dream.i am trying 4 job in nodia .i have done mba in 2010.i wanted to prepare 4 exam of IPS can i prepare with my job? or i should concentrate on my job. if i should try then how much time it will requre 4 preparing. 2 or 3 hours time will be enough 4 this daily ?

Why not? If you get service in Government sector, you can apply even through proper channel through your employer to get advantage of your previous service rendered in Government for the purpose of pay fixation and pension benefits also.
