Sure, after graduation you can take exams of CA. You were eligible to take exams of CA even after 10+2.

No, After Graduation you'll have to face two groups for Professional Exam and then Final Two Groups. Though if you are skilled enough you may face both groups of Professional exam together. Also you will need a certificate from Registered CA for 1year internship for qualifying Final Exam... IF you
