What is the eligibility and the institutes where i can opt to resume my BCA (YCMOU) from the current Keerthi instt but in mumbai itself?

hello,currently pursuing ma bca through ycmou from keerti inst., have my 1st semister exams this month but i'm willing to change the inst. plz guide me a proper inst or a college in mumbai whr i can take admission n do let me knw if i'm elligible to take addmission after sem1.reply asap
