Which are the diploma courses in IT that I can pursue in lieu to attain a good job as i belong to a poor family?

Hi i m going to finish my BCA in this year...i like to do MCA but i m from poor family so i want to get a good job.i m having only one year to study.....for that i want some options to do a my higher educations?i m in idea to do some diploma courses related to IT?
