Jagan Nath University has been established in 2008 by an Act (Act No. 19 of 2008) of Rajasthan State Legislature and is approved by UGC u/s 2(f) of UGC Act 1956.

Jagan Nath University is fully Government Recognized, as it has been established by an Act of Govt. of Rajasthan (Act No 19 of 2008) notified on 16th April 2008. (Click Here for Jagan Nath University Act).
Under section 2F of UGC act 1956 "University" means a university established or incorporated
