What is the process to be followed to get one\\\'s mark sheet and certificate from IGNOU
recently i have done my b.com from ignou. but i have not got mark sheet or certificate. i want to become a interior designer. please suggest me.

if you have completed your all credits related to course then you can apply for regular course in different institute.
