    no colege in Canada offers masters degree .masters in offered by Universities and bthat too they require 4 yr bachelors with GMAT.Toefl apart form IELTS also ur percentage should be around 75-80% and the annul fees will be around 30000 CAD $ .if u are looking in for hUmber they do have post graduate diploma but not in Mechenical engineering
