To get into the IPS, you will have to give the Civil Services Examination conducted by UPSC and involves written test and interview. It is a common exam for getting into the IAS, IPS etc. You really need to be a hardworking and diligent. Eligibility for the test is age of 21-29 at 1 august of the ye
