i want to do MBA what is better degree or diploma

Obviously Degree is better, but only when completed from a recognized and accredited B-School. Because degree from an unrecognized or frankly speaking 'bogus' institute is worthless. So degree is not only better but holds more importance than a diploma and moreover MBA is a degree. Mark my answer
