i have chance to clear my graduation at 48% after April 2011. Can i am Eligible for Master of Social Sciences (Applied Economics) & is IELTS or TOFEL need for this.

Hi Yogesh, Your expecting percentages are very low and NUS ask for minimum first division marks in graduation so in that case its very difficult for you to take admission in NUS . They will reject your application on the basis of your low percentages. I would suggest you to try in some Indian univ
