sir , i want to do M.TECH in electronics n communication without appering in GATE. which institute provide admission in M.TECH without valid GATE score , please suggest me.

It is difficult to get admission without gate, but there are some reputed universities in which there are few non gate seats also: TU, Patiala/ JUIT Solan, JIIT Noida/BITS Pilani etc.
